We will visit the capital emirate of the country – Abu Dhabi. Much of the city lies on an Island and was a home of the Baniyas Tribe in 1761, being an island it offered security as well as excellent grazing, fishing and water supplies. Our first stop will be the impressive landmark of Abu Dhabi – the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. After this we will pass by the sights and places in Abu Dhabi city and also visit the Heritage Village of Abu Dhabi.
In the afternoon we visit one of the largest Theme Parks in Abu Dhabi – Ferrari World Theme Park. With over 30 rides & attractions and a number of F&B options, this is a great place to be. Lunch will be at leisure.

08:00 Start your day with a visit to the city of Bahla ; Some 40km west of Nizwa, the small town of BAHLA is famous for its gigantic fort and its distinctive earthenware pottery – and it also has a certain reputation as the favored haunt of mischievous jinn’s and other supernatural phenomena – a kind of Omani Glastonbury. We proceed on to the Jabreen castle (45 km from Nizwa), the finest of Oman's castles built during the late 17th century, which became a seat for Omani education and learning. The castle displays beautiful ceiling paintings and intricate wood carvings. Jabreen Fort was built by Imam Sultan bin Saif Al Ya'arubi in 1670 as a defensive stronghold and as living accommodation for the Imam. • Enjoy Omani Lunch at local restaurant or picnic lunch box, visit the Birkat AL Mawz oasis (=Banana Oasis). drive via the windy roads all the way up to the top of Jabal Akhdar Mountain (=Green Mountain), at an altitude of 2000 m above sea level, check-in at the 5* Anantara Hotel.
After breakfast, check out and enjoy sightseeing of the different villages and wadis on top of the mountain. Drive back at the hotel @ 14:00 hours approx.
